• The position is mainly responsible to generate transaction revenue for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted investor (institutional, HNIs, NRIs, etc.) relationships.
• The incumbent will be responsible to generate revenues by managing the entire investment cycle from deal sourcing, screening, preliminary evaluation to negotiation, and legal documentation and deal execution for investors.
• The incumbent should have relevant past experience in similar investment bank role. The candidate is expected to have existing relationships with the investors & developers in the local market. Ability to source niche investors and off market deals will be key to this position.
• Additionally, knowledge of key real estate dynamics like demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate will also be essential for effective conduct of business.
• The incumbent should have past leadership experience or have key leadership traits to be able to lead teams on an assignment basis or from time to time.
• Create, maintain and grow relationships with these investors so as to generate targeted revenues for the year.
• Implement suitable account management plans to strengthen the relationships based on the current and expected size of the business.
• Working knowledge of relevant legal aspects of the business is necessary.
• Make financial models, cash flow statements, business plans, yield curves & workings!
• Ensure that customer outstanding is maintained as per the company policy.
• High awareness on the regional business environment and current affairs.
• Maintain a central database for all proposals, presentations and relevant information for all clients targeted
