As a member of our engineering team, you will design, discover, and maintain IT Configuration management (ITCM) using ServiceNow platform at the core of Western Union technology world. You will be liaising with different teams and stakeholders, you will work to understand business problems and requirements, and will subsequently build processes and solutions to achieve desired outcomes. You will play critical role making Western Union IT operations more effective and efficient by enhancing collaboration, automation, change, event, incident and problem management processes and capabilities.
For this role, we require you to have a technical degree or equivalent with 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow CMDB related technologies. You’ll have knowledge of Server and AWS cloud discovery with experience in maintaining Configuration database. It is preferable for you to have a good understanding ITIL framework. Knowledge on CSDM and ServiceNow development will have an added advantage. You’ll come with ability to work on medium to complex projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
