Job Description: ● Qualification: CA/MBA ● Experience: 5-6 yrs ● Position: AVP / Senior Associate - Investment Banking ● Location: Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities; • Perform financial analysis, due diligence, research, modelling, and documentation of live transactions • Collateral preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, models, and pitchbooks • Part of pitch making team to prospective clients- work on research reports, weekly updates, newsletters etc • Deal/Project: Managing or Lead in the entire deal cycle e.g. origination, pitching, execution, negotiation etc • Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction • Sector coverage & business development - Organise and participate in ideation session and maintain database for assigned sector • Responsible for networking and Independent client engagement • Outreach to companies (cold calling, attending external events)- Generating and following up on new deal ideas. • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry. • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news. • Mentor / educate and develop other junior professionals to cultivate their skill sets, technical abilities, investment acumen and firm contributions.
