What you’ll do
Manages the process of executing email campaigns
Responsible for communication with client and internal team members
Accountable for timeliness and accuracy of campaigns executed on budget
Provide project status and updates to stakeholders
Partner with clients, internal team members/vendor on campaign calendar
Review developed email campaigns
Final approval of email (with stakeholder sign off)
Identify and communicate project risks and roadblocks, with creative solutions to accomplish project and business objectives regardless of changing circumstances
Must have prior experience working on RFPs
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have overall 8-10 years experience
4 years consulting/professional services experience leading projects
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to prioritize workload across multiple campaigns
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
Strong relationship management skills, including working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with senior management and executives
Deep understanding of marketing strategy, best practices and current trends
