Profile - Chat Support executive
Working days - Five days working
Salary - 25k ctc + Incentives
Location - Jaipur , rajasthan

Roles & responsbility :
* To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.

Requirments:
* Fresher & Experience both can apply
* Graduation Mandatory
* Excellent Communication Required in written as well as verbal communication.
