As a Client Servicing Executive/Senior Executive one will be responsible to liaison between external clients and internal teams.To be successful in this role, one should be committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure. Ultimately, an outstanding client servicing executive should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To be the focal point and brand custodian for the account in concern. Serve as the point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Will be responsible for Strategic Planning, Creative Direction, and all operational activities concerned with the account.
• Should have a proactive approach with an emphasis on adding value to the account. -Capable of handling clients independently, will service existing accounts, and handle new business pitches.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• The candidate should be well-versed with the account management functions with excellent communication skills.
• The candidate should have experience in print and digital mandates/campaign execution.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
• 1 to 4 years work experience in a mainline/digital advertising agency
• UG/PG degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Passion for integrated communications and a creative thinker.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
