Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, your work is to convert sales prospects to become
customers of सादा / SAADAA, as well as support current customers regarding their order-related queries.
Responsibility:
● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
● Verification of customer's orders with its purchased product and address with pin code
● Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful
discussions with customers
● Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide timely resolution
● Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
● Coordinate with Delivery Partners for arranging timely delivery of products
Skills:
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - English is a must. Any extra language is a bonus.
● Good at up-selling and converting negative customer experiences to positive ones.
● Comfortable with technology: Shopify, Google Sheets, Task Management tool.
● Previous experience working in a Customer Servicing role is an added advantage.
Expected salary up to Rs. 25000 / month
