Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will play a vital role in managing consulting and analytics engagements in Healthcare- Pharma for Digital Analytics capability build. She/He will be expected to solve business problems, develop analytical solutions, prioritize objectives, assign tasks, and manage multiple teams to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results.
For a specific role, we are looking at very specific skillsets that map to Digital Pharma Analytics capabilities.
The specific expertise areas include Digital marketing; campaign performance measurement and analytics; advanced analytics:
• Deep understanding of digital marketing measurement and performance analytics, key vendors, and partners– Pharma experience is necessary, and Oncology is highly preferred.
• Understanding of key pharma datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva, etc.) in house systems) for linkage to digital measurement KPIs
KPI Measures:
• Working knowledge and expertise to propose measurement, assess and challenge digital measurement plans, KPIs and analyses, contribute new ideas for derived metrics
Analytics Reporting:
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and share results through tight, compelling storytelling
• Exposure to relational/non-relational Databases (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL framework, data visualization (Power BI, Qlik) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) familiarity with developing the applications the agile way and working knowledge of tools like JIRA & MS Project.
In addition, the member must also specialize in areas around – Solutioning, Program Management, Analytics Sophistication, People Management
Qualification & Experience:
·The person must have displayed Marketing Analytics Delivery Excellence and solutions expertise to Pharma clients with an increasing span of influence over their careers. This is an opportunity to grow with the growing Healthcare vertical of Fractal Analytics.
·Expected to have minimum 5-8 years of work experience in developing and deploying sophisticated analytical solutions.
·Minimum 4 years in Pharma analytics and understanding of Oncology is highly preferred
Education: BE / BTech, Masters, Certifications / Programs In Digital Marketing - Pharma
