What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support in HR operational activities (Recruitment, onboarding, and Induction etc) at Head Office
2. Plan the budget, Identify and organise the employee engagement & learning & development initiatives and Learning & Development activities for the year.
3. Coordinate with other departments for collaterals required for the planned activities and initiatives.
4. Ensure timely preparation of MIS of all the activities and ensure budgetary guidelines are met
5. Ensure timely revision and modification of the engagement platform.
6. Prepare presentations/communications related to Corporate Announcement.
7. Prepare communication for Patient care initiatives.
