Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, a global strategic market research & consulting firm, is looking for an experienced (3-6 years) Graphic Designer for creating engaging and on-brand graphics and videos for a variety of media. The ideal candidate should be highly creative and detail-oriented and have a passion for innovative designs. He should be well-versed in the modern concepts of graphics designing and the software/tools so as to strategically use text and images to effectively communicate information and ideas. He should be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas.
Responsibilities
• Develop concepts, illustrations, graphics and layouts for designing articles/content, market reports, e-newsletters, promotion materials and web content
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop & design digital campaigns for website, email marketing, social media and other promotional platforms
• Produce videos with after effects
• Partner with marketing team members to develop suitable design concepts and options as per requirements.
Qualifications
• Degree in Graphics Designing / Fine Arts or related fields
• Proven experience in graphics design in media, agencies, with exposure to designing for website contents
• Excellent IT skills especially with advanced design and image editing software and tools, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Video editing, Dreamweaver, etc
• Creative thinking with accuracy & attention to detail and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• A strong portfolio of illustrations & other graphics
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
