The Team
GFT (Global Functions Technology) is responsible for end-to-end design, application development and infrastructure support for the Global Functions (e.g. Finance, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, etc.) across Citi’s lines of business and regions.
As part of Citi’s broad transformation strategy, GFT is presently undergoing a large-scale multi-year Agile and workforce transformation throughout our 16k+ person organization. To drive that transformation we will need to transform how we hire, in a way that promotes timely, consistent, transparent, and high-quality technical talent across the globe.
The Role
The role of Hiring Machine - Program Coordinator, India will serve as a critical component within GFT’s long-term scaled technical resource hiring strategy, supporting the hiring of several thousand engineering resources over multiple years, and in support of our in-progress Agile Transformation. From day one, this role will serve as a central resource to manage the stand-up and execution of GFT’s scaled technical hiring program in India, leveraging progress already made in establishing this program in North America.
