Job Description

Overview:
Main Purpose
Ensure accurate timely processing and maintenance of salaries, records, claims and employee related documents
Supporting the Manager in ensuring compliance related to applicable labor law related & statutory obligations
Assisting the Manager in maintaining a positive IR environment in the company
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
Execute the ER Strat with Plant Head, Ops HR team to proactively engage the mind, heart and soul of employees.
Ensuring disruption free operations or harmonious industrial relations between Management and Union/workmen
Liaison with all external stakeholders (communities, Govt. officials) to ensure smooth and cordial relations.
Build informal relations with workmen at large so as to ensure open and free dialogue with the union
Build a transparent, values- obsessed manufacturing unit driving people capability development initiatives.
Keep employee morale high by ensuring growth and learning opportunities to all.
Wage and benefits negotiations with the union
Recruitment of operatives as per business plan
Implementation and sustenance of HR processes for Zahura Agro Team
Lead the people capability agenda for Zahura employees through training plan
Ensuring all statutory compliances for Zahura facility
Conduct engagement activities including R&R and keeping morale high
Contract Labour Management at Zahura (approx. HC of 100)
L01 – L05 Agro hiring for Zahura Team
Induction for new joinees and managing employee life cycle
Disruption free operations and industrial relations
Supervise admin activities
Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required
Education: MBA/ MSW/MLW/ LLB/ PGDPM
Functional Experience: Approx 8 years of experience
Language: English, Hindi, Punjabi (Preferably)
Skills and Behavioural Attributes
Functional Competencies
Strong Employee and Labour Relations capability
Excellent knowledge of Labour Laws/ Legislation
