Job Description
Role:
· Working with the branch and sales channels to acquire new NR clients.
· Think through marketing plans and reward programs to get both the resident clients involved for reference and employees for closure.
· Get in touch with top end clients and own up targets for FX, CASA and TD.
· Identify clients which have the potential to increase balances/transactions and enhance transactions.
· Share the gap areas with area managers and RBM and help them take decisions in terms of enhanced focus to meet targets.
Job Requirement:
· Understanding channel management and conflicts handling.
· Ability to collaborate with all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight.
· Connect the marketing campaigns with the actual status on ground.
· Detail orientation towards the new client engagement process.
· Understanding the client nuances and handover process to NR team.
· Be able to excite channels and run campaigns with them.
