We need a Recruiter to find top talent for our newly opened offices in Serbia. This role will focus on full life-cycle recruiting, including finding and interviewing candidates, coordinating the recruitment process, sending offer letters, and negotiating terms of employment. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in one of our offices in Nis or Kraljevo, Serbia.

What is a day in the life of a Recruiter?
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
Find top talent for open roles, including writing and posting job descriptions, as well as sourcing on LinkedIn, processing referrals, and reviewing resumes
Conduct interviews with qualified candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Schedule all additional interviews in the recruitment process, working with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate the interview process efficiently.
Perform reference checks
Draft, edit, and send offer letters to candidates, as well as handle all compensation negotiation duties in tandem with the hiring manager
Communicate clearly and frequently with candidates and hiring managers to establish timelines and expectations
What will I need to thrive in this role?
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field
2+ years of professional recruiting experience
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

You clearly and frequently communicate with hiring managers on new developments, including progress and obstacles in the recruitment process
