Job Description
SENIOR AND JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES IN JAIPUR • Handling entire accounts receivable process for managing all customers; following up with debtors/sales team and ensuring maximum collection. • Preparation of collection report on daily basis and reconciliation of all A/c statement & Ledgers. • Prepration of GST returns i.e. GSTR-1, GSTR-3B. • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis. • Executing month end closing activities and running various management information reports. • Looking After Imports Related work & foreign remittances. • Recording all transactions into Accounting Software i.e. Tally ERP-9.0 • Coordinating with the C.A to prepare the financial statements. BALANCE SHEET PREPARATION
