Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Handling corporate customers (B2C)
· Setting clear team goals.
· Oversee day-to-day operation.
· Handling orders by phone, email or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to the customer requirements, and ensuring all orders
are accurate and delivered on time.
· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
· Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
· Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer’s needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
· Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
· Check goods arrived on time
· Make sure to take follow ups for new and existing clients
· Find new applications of our products and find the new clients for new application.
· Cold calling to existing customers on routine basis repeats fixed business as well as getting the details about new projects & requirements costing,
· Manage Daily Stock of Inventory.
· Keeping record of all the Data using MS Office.
· Worked with Latest Software such as ECRM, OM, PACS to resolve query & complaint of the customer.
· Analyze market objectives, trends and generate new data base.
· Placing advertisements in all related sites and in internet
· Looking towards increasing Number of Client's in Area.
· Be an active listener and understand the customer requirements.
· Actively engaging in the company’s marketing campaigns
· Achieve monthly sales quotas.
