Position Details: Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)

This is a regular position, where you’ll be expected to learn quickly, be self-organized and self-directed.
It’s not going to be a walk in the park, but you’ll be learning a lot, working with great people, and interacting and building relationships with sophisticated buyers from Tier 1,2 & 3 cities and also from all backgrounds and cultures from all across the world.

Tele sale is the real back bone of the sales department and if you think that you can act like a bone of the origination and make yourself capable of delivering your best for the betterment of the sales team to achieve targets, your path to start your journey is waiting for you. The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated candidate who can generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls. We are seeking experienced tele callers who has the expertise in below pointers: -
• Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company
• Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts (Pitch lines)
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
• Answer potential clients’ questions about the projects or goals
• Generate between 1 to 5 sales leads per day
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
• Train other telemarketers when required
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
