• Looking for candidates selling Insurance / Mutual Funds / Bancassurance
• Experienced Candidates from the BFSI Industry holding a minimum of 1 year of experience and above in selling Mutual and Insurance
Role Wise: Financial Planning, Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Risk Profiling, Backend Operations

• Individuals should NOT have an agency code or ARN People from banking, loan, and other products not relevant
• CASA(current account, saving account) products not relevant - Details written on the CV should match the documents
• Banca channel can be relevant if they have dealt with core products i.e. Mutual Funds Life Insurance
• Average book size of the business. Knowledge of Mutual Funds or Life Insurance products
• Check for revenue bifurcation between Mutual Funds considered)
• How much lumpsum volume he/she is selling and Life Insurance(Direct Equity /Stock not
• How much volume large cap/mid-cap/small cap/ELSS (equity linked saving scheme)
